We custom design each data logger for your specific application. Listed below is the information we need to build your product.
Your temperature range requirement. Is it going to be shipped in dry ice? Chill packs? Ambient temperature?
How long do you need to data log? 5 days? 60 Days?
Do you need a Start Delay? This will acclimate the logger to the container and/or packaged environment.
Do you need Alarms? We can program a High and a Low Alarm for you. If you choose an alarm, we also need to know the amount of time for an alarm to occur.
Would you like a description embedded in the logger? By default, we program each logger with the Company's Name who is ordering the product. For example, Marathon.
What Time Zone are you shipping from?
Do your Receivers need our Software and Communication Cable? Once we have this information, we will ship your loggers to you within three working days. Then all you have to do is press the start button. It's that simple!

1/8" inner corrugated liner: Keeps payload from damaging VIP (Vacuum Insulation Panel) while in transit without sacrificing internal capacity.
1" wall vacuum insulation panel: The key insulating component. Provides average insulation value of R-30 per inch. The INSTILL* core, under vacuum, interrupts the "mean free path" of any heat transmitting molecules remaining in the panel. The gas impervious film sustains the required vacuum for the desired life of the panel. Desiccants in the panel protect the vacuum from any intrusion by water molecules.
1.5" wall of custom molded EPS: Protects vacuum panel from rigors of the shipping environment. Provides first layer of thermal protection. Provides average insulation value of R-4 per inch.

OneSeal is a container seal that allows you to send out your shipping containers with full security. These single-use seals help prevent pilferage by making tampering readily apparent. |
Construction
The core of the seal is made of metal. The core has a diameter of 18mm (0.7") which makes it impossible to knock the seal through the fittings of the container. The core is cast into a shock proof plastic material. The exterior diameter of the lock is 19mm (0.8"). |

Name and Number
The OneSeal name will be stamped in dark blue print on one side of the cylinder (maximum 9 letters), and a consecutive 6 or 7 digit number on the other side. Bar coding and unique company logos can also be engraved by special laser technique at an additional charge. |
Locking
The locking bar and the cylinder are easily locked by a slight pressure by the hand and a distinct click is heard. |

Opening
The seal is opened by a 24" bolt-cutter. |
